FOTD: Walking On Eggshells Feat. Wet n' Wild Trio Palette

Hello my lovely readers:

Today is the first day of spring! I was very excited for this day until I saw outside the window and it was snowing. Snow? Are you kidding me? Ugh I'm so disappointed at our dear groundhog for miscalculating.

Anyways due to my dissapointment I wanted to do a more clean very wearable makeup since most people are able to try it out mostly. This is my first time trying it out and I quite like it.
For this look I used the Wet n' Wild Trio in Walking on Eggshell. This is a super duper affordable trio for just $2.47, I bought mine at Walmart.

**Sorry the photo below shows a crappy wing liner but that's not the case because I was in a hurry and I applied a sloppy mascara application and it went toward my liner on my left eye ... Please disregard my boboos :)

EYES:

1. Too Faced Shadow Insurance
2. Maybelline Metal Color Tattoo in Barely Branded.
3. Wet n' Wild Trio
- Lid
- Crease
- Browbone
4. Profusion 24 Matte Palette
- brown (on crease to darken 1/4 of lid to make it a bit smokey)
5. Gosh Eye Liner Pen in Brown
6. Maybelline Falsies Flared Mascara in Black
7. Wet n' Wild Color Icon Pencil in Mink Brown (used on waterline and fill in brows)
8. Essence Lash/Brow Gel

FACE:

1. L'oreal Magic Smooth Soufflé in Tan
2. Almay Line Smoothing Concealer SPF10 in 300 Medium (used as an under eye concealer)
3. Quo Mineral Matters Blush in Pink Petal /Pétale Rose

LIPS:
1. Kleancolor Everlasting Lipstick in 743 Pink

So I hope you have liked this post I think it's good to go nude on in a while with makeup I also think this could work for wedding makeup as it is soft I also paired it with a nice fushcia bluish pink lipstick for a pop of color.

Manicure Monday: Gosh 594 Miss Grey

Hello my dear readers:

Today I have Gosh nail polish 594 Miss Grey. This is the only nail polish from this brand I own. Gosh is only sold at Shoppers Drugmart. This polish is retailed at $7 but it does go on sale. I got it for $4.99 and this is in the regular line. Gosh does come up with limited edition nail polishes.

594 Miss Grey:

Application was great, it was sheer on the first coat but it took 2 coats to get full opacity. The brush is a little thin reminds me a little of Essie brushes back in the day. I am not too crazy about the color as it is a grey color with no shimmer I don't know if it can be consider a creme formula. It dries quick and has a nice shine to it, although I used Seche Vite Top Coat for longer manicure life.

In the end I added some glitter top coat to my ring finger i used Kleancolor 95 in Disco Ball and it turned very nice, I could be more happier with the color more.

FOTD: Turquoise Smokey Look (How to Make Brown Eyes Pop)

Hi beauties,

Today is very cold day, I just can't believe how the weather actually behaves just a few days ago it was 16 degrees and now is -10 and snowing.

On a brighter note, I have a look of the day with bright eyeshadows I actually wore it to work. I used colors that will actually compliment my dark brown eyes. I think that these colors compliment any browns eyes, that is if you dare to wear bright and bold colors. Maybe this look will look a little exaggerated but that's be cause I have heavy droopy lids and very deep eyes, that when I open them you can tell I wear eyeshadow unless I wear it higher than any person with nice lids haha! The products used are a mix of drugstore and mid-end products.

For Eyes:

1. E.L.F eyelid primer
2. Maybelline Color Tattoo Tenacious Teal
3. L'oreal Infallible eyeshadow 031 Innocent Turquoise (used on lid)
4. Wet N Wild Confort Zone (eyelid, Definer and browbone were used)
5. Wet N Wild Blue Had Me at Hello (Definer used on crease)
6. Maybelline Falsies Mascara
7. Gosh eyeliner Blue Lagoon (used along lash line)
8. Annabelle Smoothliner Black (used in waterline)

For Face:

1. Maybelline Fit Me! Foundation 220 mixed with L'oreal Magic Smooth Soufflé 532 Clasic Tan
2. Revlon PhotoReady Powder 030 Medium Deep
3. Almay Clear Complexion Concealer 300 medium
4. Mac blush Dollymix
